At AInvite, we maintain a zero-tolerance approach toward any form of child exploitation or abuse. This policy outlines our comprehensive standards and commitment to protecting children on our platform, in compliance with both Apple App Store and Google Play Store requirements.
Prohibited Activities
We explicitly prohibit all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including but not limited to:

- Child grooming (befriending a child online to facilitate sexual contact)
- Sexualization of minors (including imagery or content that depicts, encourages, or promotes sexual abuse of children)
- Sextortion (threatening or blackmailing a child using intimate images)
- Child trafficking (advertising or soliciting a child for commercial sexual exploitation)
- Inappropriate interactions with children (including grooming behavior or sexual advances)
- Content that promotes, encourages, or facilitates any of the above activities
- User-generated content (UGC) that endangers or exploits children
User Safety Measures
To maintain a safe environment, we implement the following measures:
- Mandatory phone number verification for all users
- Active content monitoring and moderation
- Immediate investigation of all reported violations
- Collaboration with law enforcement agencies when necessary
- Age-appropriate features and content restrictions
- Parental controls where applicable
Reporting and Enforcement
In-App Reporting
Users can report violations through our in-app reporting feature, accessible on every screen within the application. All reports are treated with urgency and confidentiality.
Investigation Process
- All reports are reviewed within 24 hours
- Content flagged as potential CSAM is immediately quarantined
- Confirmed CSAM is immediately removed
- User accounts associated with violations are suspended pending investigation
- Confirmed violations result in permanent account termination
CSAM Reporting Protocol
When CSAM is identified on our platform, we:
- Immediately remove the content
- Preserve relevant evidence according to legal requirements
- Report to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC)
- Report to relevant regional authorities as required by local laws
- Cooperate with law enforcement investigations
- Implement Apple's CSAM detection system where required
